Better than the OEM Denso filter that comes with the Lexus Rx 300
Fits the Lexus Rx 300 perfectly. This HEPA air filter is way better than the OEM Denso that comes with it. However, there's a trade off, I notice a significant reduction of airflow (maybe 2/3rd the usual amount of airflow) with this filter since it filters out particulate at .3 microns while the OEM filters out 1 microns. I notice the air is a lot cleaner than the OEM filter. Before, when I come to a stop at a red light behind a really old car, I can smell the exhaust fumes coming from it. But I haven't notice any exhaust fumes coming from the air cabin after using this filter. To me the trade off is totally worth it, especially from a driver that has to deal with crazy Los Angeles traffic everyday.

Didn't fit my application
Search said it fit '93 Lexus LS400 , not even close. Put them back in the box , printed return label, dropped off at UPS. Very happy with return process, product was useless to me

Cabin smells much more fresh after new filter installation
Driving in areas with high particulate can be unpleasant; with this filter installed, turning up fan with recirculate enabled results in a very pleasant atmosphere with much higher subjective breathability index.

This does not fit Lexus 1999 LS400
This does not fit Lexus 1999 LS400 although it said Bosch Automotive 6045C HEPA Cabin Air Filter for 1993-2000 Lexus LS400. I bought it and didn't have the time to installed it When I do, It is too late to return it.

DOES NOT FIT 98’ LS400
Had to modify this with a razorblade to get it seated into the filter tray. It does work but was a tight squeeze. Make sure to get the direction of the airflow right too. With all said it reduced my airflow by about 25% but I am happy it filters dangerous exhaust fumes.
