This hat is similar to a real US Navy issued hat even down to the label inside. The camo pattern is also similar. The quality of manufacture is satisfactory for the price point as are the materials used. Having said this, buy it with the word "SIMILIAR" in mind as it is not on the same level as the real Navy hat. Is it good looking, it does fit comfortably and is fairly priced, (I do love this hat!) but dont buy expecting US military quality knowing it is made of lighter materials and is a knockoff design overall.

Part polyester so, not quite as cool as 100% cotton, but still a nice protection for yard work, grass cutting, etc.. I ordered Army Green, but many colors are available. Very reasonable price and makes me look better than I already do (especially with my cheeeep aviator-type glasses). Stay cool, look cool. Get-um for the entire family.

The color and style are perfect.

These hats were great. The kids loved wearing them at their dig site. I also got one for myself. Fit well but it was hot keeping it on all day. (I'm not a hat person) they were a great valur.

Purchased the hat to protect head and ears from sun burn, fit is great, light and comfortable in the hot sun, looks great on the beach with a pair of shades. Able to wear it with my headphones when I am working outside in the yard.

This is exactly what my grandson wanted. So ce he hasn't actually had a chance to really use it yet I cannot fully rate it but happy so far.

It's a hat that covers your head. It looks to be well made, My only caution is if you are looking for a full blown sun hat this is not it while it covers you head the brim is not excessive.

These hats are flimsy, do not protect the top of the hard,although they shield the eyes a little and protect the back of the neck For a man with a balding pate they offer no protection.Which is where a man needs protection when gardening or doing jobs out of doors.I would like to return them, but there is no local shop that can read the the instructions--the only drop off shop with the right reader is in another town entirely!Thus I have no way of returning something which we cannot use and which I had cancelled within minutes of it being orderered==however,as it still arrived,it was looked at and tried with the poor results mentioned above.

We've had a good laugh with this hat. The shape is odd with a very high head part. Because the material is soft it doesn't keep the shape well. The brim is okay. My husband is a normal hat size Large. This hat sits perched on top of his head. It's hilarious.I also tried the hat and am a woman normal size Medium. It drops down over my eyes haha! The shape of the hat reminds me of a Canadian Mountie hat with a very high top part.

I bought this hat to add to my wild camping gear. More for the summer months than winter, as it didn’t look particularly warming (it’s not really advertised for that purpose either). I have a large head and hats are usually a nightmare. But this fits perfectly and even better, with enough space to fit over my shemagh (but is not too wide without it) when used as a head covering, so it will actually be able to be warm year round.It looks the part, sturdy poppers to pin the brim up at either side, good sized strap and strong pattern. But crumpled from delivery, but I picked it up and hour ago and it’s already loosened up. I think with wear, this will soften up a bit.

My husband needed a hat like this to replace his very old and battered one. Whilst searching this hat seemed to fit the bill and we were impressed with choice of colours. It can be fastened up at the sides with a strong presstud, though I shouldn't think he will do that. When we travel to hotter sunnier climates he likes to keep the sun off his head and eyes. I hadn't realised it was coming all the way from China at such a reasonable price. It certainly fits the bill and arrived quite quickly. I cannot say how long it will last but at that price one holiday will be enough. Courteous sellers ,swift delivery ,product as described and a little key ring gift, what could we want. Thankyou.

I bought this as a gift for my husband. He really loves it - it was exactly what he wanted. He has gotten others, but the brim was either too small to shade his eyes or too big. With this one, it is the right size to keep the water off the back of his neck when it rains and shade his eyes in the sun...and keep his head covered!
