Accurate sugar monitoring and tracking for daily readings. The battery seems to last for long. Would recommend.

After sales support
The instrument is not working. It is continuously showing error code E-7 once we insert the testing strip. All recommend remedial measures in the user mannual for error code E-7 have not yielded results. Please indicate Roche local service centre in Thane, Mumbai.

I would not recommend to buy this.
Worked fine for few weeks then machine stopped working with error. Spoke with customer care and they agreed it was a unit issue and replaced the unit. The new unit failed within a week.Very disappointing quality control from such a well known brand
