My daughter was a size 1 in regular shoes when I bought these boots. I ordered a size 1. They fit perfectly. They are true to size. Hope this helps.

I think these were pretty true to size but I always order up a size or half with boots to leave room for socks

They are not heavy. My granddaughter said they were just right! Her favorite thing about these boots were the zipper. She said now I can get into them by myself. Plus, her favorite color is pink, so that is what I bought her.
