Manuscript of Anna Magdalena Bach: Six Cello Suites

I have used a smaller version of this manuscript for years. I misplaced it and ordered this one. It is a lot easier to use because of its larger size. The print is clear and with good contrast. The price is affordable.

It is awe inspiring to see the original Magdalena script. Difficult to read, but beautiful, and well worth owning if you play the cello. I'd recommend it even to those who just enjoy listening to the Suites. It gives a new dimension to the works.

Buena partitura

Useless edition, if you may call it an edition. The quality of printing is miserable (can't really read the notes in quite a few places, and quite often, you can't tell a sharp form a flat accidental), and the type of binding not fit for playing from the edition. Quite a nuisance, if you ask me.
