What is the estimated ratio of added beef to exotic meat?

I don't know what the exact ratio is but after eating all of what I ordered. It seems to be more beef than exotic. Won't order again. It was very good though. But I prefer to taste more exotic meat

is there an expiration date on these? too early to order for Christmas?

The ones we sell will not expire until well into 2019 so you can order them now for Christmas but I can't say when other sellers products might expire. Jerky-n-Spice

When is the expire date on these?

The expiration dates for our 15 packs are usually 10 12 months away. They come with have a 1 year shelf life from the factory and we keep 1-2 months stock in house. We also we ship from our stock to Amazon weekly. We also, unlike many other resellers, keep ALL FLAVORS IN STOCK AT ALL TIMES! This guarantees that you get 15 different flavors. Some other resellers substitute less expensive pork sticks for the more expensive game sticks with pork sticks because they are cheaper.
