Had a leak in the trunk of the car and I realized that the trunk rubber was torn. I purchased the tape and was able to repair the rubber and and so far there is no further sign of any leak despite the rain.

Does not work.
Absolutely useless. I used it to try to seal a minute hole in a garden hose. I cleaned and dried the area and applied the tape exactly as instructed. First time I used the hose, the leak broke through and the tape peeled off. I thought I had used it wrong, so tried it on a second damaged hose and exactly the same thing happened. Don’t waste your money.

Works great!!
Had a hole in a bouncy castle that we got over the holidays and the patch that came with it didn’t not hold. Flex tape worked great sealing the hole. Wish we would have gotten it sooner before my youngest put toy cars inside the hole.

Boat Cover Patched
This stuff is easily one of the most tenacious materials I've ever worked with. I'm certain that the reason for this is its adhesive properties. I used this along with Flex Seal spray to repair a hole in my boat cover. The cover is black so the FlexTape/Seal would eventually blend in with it. It's been about a month since I completed the repair and, so far, it looks like it's going to hold.

Super messy!
The black goo on this tape gets all over you and what you’re trying to repair. What a nasty mess!! It won’t wash out of clothing and takes forever to wash off of you. Won’t buy again.
