1) I like the settings the shower head has, 2) I like the look of the unit, 3) I tried to research where the product is made as we are not told whom makes products Amazon sells. Having a calcium filter helps tremendously on heath of showering, as well as drinking is healthier & safer.PH water testeris how 1 understands water quality.

the shower head has a number of ways to spray you and that's why I've called it 'flexible.' It works well, replacing a heavy all metal shower head I've had fora a number of years. It just wore out after 40 + years of service. This one is light weight and I have concerns about its durability.

My water source is from my well and sometimes I have low pressure. I needed a shower head that had high pressure and this is the one. I did remove the restrictor and this head puts out a lot of high volume pressure. Thanks!

Had first ordered two. The first went on easily with no problems. We had trouble with the second one which leaked from the shower head itself. Customer service was EXCELLENT! because they sent a replacement immediately which went on perfectly with no leaks!, highly recommended, it gives good water pressure .

A nice shower head with a very easy and smooth setting change capability. Looks fine. Only objection is that it is mostly plastic. Other than that it is a fine product.

Awesome product that's even better than describe. I love the many setting options. Everything I need to install it in 5mins was included in the package.

i PREFER THE FULL SPRAY. IT COVERS ALL OVER YOUR BODY AND FEELS VERY GOOD.
