Better supplement than many others in the market !!!
I have tried 3 different brands of probiotics and I feel this brand better than others I used. I am not sure whether the added prebiotics along with probiotics here is giving this the edge over just probiotics supplements.I consume it immediately after my post work drink which is about 36 grams of whey protein powder + peanut butter 1 table spoon + any 2 fruits + few almonds and cashewsBut I dont feel bloating even after consuming itThis supplement also do not have CLASS II PRESERVATIVES as used in top brands at AmazonThis worked for me compared to other brands bit you Try it out and see which is better for your body!!!

Quality check and quality assurance of product is questionable.
Thrown away half bottle left...At starting it was good after 10 pills... Started having acidity issues...

Capsules are ok good, u may feel change within 2-3 days in your digestive system. Bottle is plastic made nt glass made as appears in ad. The supplementary facts per capsule is Probiotic blend 170mg + 15billion CFU of 11 different Lactobacillus strains+ 5 billion CFU of 5 different Bifidobacterium strains + 115mg of Prebiotic blend..

It's really works.
It's really works bro.....if you are a gym lover....and you take seriously high protein diets..but you have indigestion problem..then you must go for it....I was starting my workout on July 2019...and I had taken high protein diet..but issue was indigestion...so I take this supplement...and I recover from my indigestion problem...one thing tha that time I was also try curd....but...I m not properly digest my food then I use this supplement...so first things u must try curd and some fruits in your diet...is these are not improve your digestion then you must go for this supplement.... thanks

Consult you doctor and buy.
Review after 2months.At first I was skeptical. But it has worked for me. My bloating has reduced significantly for one week. After that I don't feel its working great. No side effects.I would say consult your doctor before taking for safety reasons.
