Common sense and easy to achieve steps!
Having had Type 1 Diabetes for over 30 years, I am always on the hunt for new, interesting ways to stay focused on eating well, exercising, and staying motivated while focusing on glucose levels. This book is great because it lacks any of the “schtick” of today’s fad diets: “eat only grapefruits for 30 days while standing on one leg!” None of that. It’s helpful, informative, achievable information that will get you on the right path of common sense balance that we all need!
