Finally decided on the steam sauna after looking at both infrared and steam, decided to get started with the steam first as there are certain benefits of steam detox I wanted to try first. Overall the steam sauna does what it is designed to do, delivering a hot steamy box like environment around your body for enough time to work up a great hot sweat. The assembly was easy and instructions are straightforward enough to understand how to set up. I preheated the water first in a hot water kettle about 1.7 L before adding it to the steamer. This was enough water to complete a 45 minute session on high setting number nine. At the end there was .5 L left over. I took advantage of the medicine box and added some eucalyptus essential oil. I tried adding some water in the box and mixing a few drops of oil. Later after connecting the tubes and starting up the steamer I found that adding water in the medicine box was not that good as the two became disconnected during steaming and some hot water spilled out along with my essential oil. I later decided I will put essential oil on cloth make up remover pad so there will be no water in the box, refer to my picture. Prepare for the tube disconnecting during steaming if you are moving around a little bit in the steam tent. If it disconnects from inside, I recommend turning off the steamer otherwise you will not be able to touch the tube as the steam coming out is very very hot. Be careful with the hot steam it will burn you. Refer to my pictures for ideal positioning of the steam box inside the tent. Preferably it should be behind you so that you can stretch your feet out in front of you without getting burned.Be careful Stepping out of the steam sauna as there is a lot of water on the floor. I had used three hand towels during steam session - One under my feet, one on the chair, and one around my neck. These hand towels make it easy to clean up. The steam sauna can be left open afterward and allowed to air dry. After my first steam I felt dehydrated and need to drink a lot of water. I continued sweating afterwards even after taking a cold shower. I find this steam tent is a great way to improve your circulation and remove toxins from your body through sweat. I look forward to trying this again tomorrow and at least several days a week. Stay healthy.

The media could not be loaded.  I workout everyday and this is exactly what I needed especially since all gyms and saunas are closed at first I was hesitant to purchase it but I decided to go ahead and buy it and boy oh boy am I happy I did it’s so worth it and affordable I recommend it for sure I like it so much I posted it on the gram Violet_145 you won’t regret it

It worked great for the few times i did use it. I used it maybe once every two weeks. Then i stop use for about a month went back to plug it up and turn the steam pot on and nothing happened. The remote never worked.

I needed a replacement tent and the customer service was very helpful. The sauna and tent are great! Highly recommend

This thing is great. No frame to put together. If you are unable to exercise, this the next best thing.

It was well packaged and arrived quickly. Upon opening the case, the sauna pretty much springs open so it is not possible to see how it was stored. I tried to collapse it several times to no avail. The instructions on collapsing it are terrible. Ive been so frustrated with the storage that I havent even used it yet. I will update once I use it.
