as it is good for my heart
I started taking this supplement, as it is good for my heart, in maintaining my weight, my immune system, my hair and my skin. Coconut Oil is a favorite product and a staple in my family ever since I was young. I have personally been using it for so many different things includin cooking, skin care, health purposes, etc. I am very happy to see and try it in pill form andI have been seeing a lot of improvement on my skin ever since I started using/taking it. I have also been experiencing an improvement in my bowel movement - a very good thing for me, as I suffer from IBS when I'm on my monthly period, due to Endometriosis. If you have a hard time swallowing pills, just open them instead! :)
Besides the large size of the soft gel, which is on the large size and hard to swallow, my experience has been great so far.I have a hard time swallowing pills as it is, so I wasn’t too happy about these. I really did try to swallow one, but I just couldn’t. I prefer small or tiny soft gels. Needless to say, instead of swallowing these, I cut off a little part on one end and squeeze out the coconut oil. I usually just add it to my daily smoothie. I never even notice it’s in there. It doesn’t mess up the flavor or anything, so it makes the perfect smoothie add-in.As far as any added benefits, I definitely haven’t been taking them long enough to notice anything too drastic. I do have increased energy during the day. Even when I get just 4-5 hours of sleep, I can go all day without a nap. This is definitely new for me - I used to always need a nap during the day.My skin has actually been breaking out more, but it could be that this is just helping to clean out my pores. My energy without anxiety
I was on my second bottle when I decided to cut back on them from one a day after breakfast to one every three or four days just to eliminate some of the supplements I take. I did not realize just how much they had been helping me until I wasn't taking them. The biggest thing was being tired throughout the day. I read that they help with energy but couldn't realize they really had been helping me with that. So now I'm back taking them. With no bad side effects there really isn't a reason to stop taking them. I do think they may be causing my hair and face to get a tad bit oily but it's nothing I can't control or adapt to.

Benefits of Coconut Oil Without the Work
I received this free to review for my blog, however all thoughts are 100% my own. You may read my whole review on my blog, listed in my profile.I have been using these for 3 weeks now. I haven't noticed a huge difference as of yet, but I love getting the benefits of coconut oil in an easy to take pill form each day. I've only been taking one a day, but I am thinking of upping my dose to 2 a day.I do seem to notice I have less acne all over my body and a bit more zip in my day because of these. I am really interested in keep taking them and seeing what else I notice.
