Spice Appeal Mexican Oregano Whole, 5 Ounce

update: I previously stated that I didn't believe this was Mexican oregano because of how it looked. I actually finally used it, and it definitely tastes like Mexican oregano. It has very strong flavor. I feel terrible about misleading anyone.original: It looks like regular oregano. I've posted side-by-side comparison pics of what actual Mexican Oregano looks like (Lippia Graveolens; Mountain Rose Herbs), and this one from Spice Appeal, which I assume to be regular oregano. Spice Appeal oregano has tiny leaves and a lot of it is pulverized. True Mexican oregano has large leaves and flower buds, which you can see in the pics.

This product was rancid. It smelled like chemicals. NO RETURNS POLICY. I am really good about paying attention. Extremely disappointed. Do not advise to buy this. Scary smell.

I bought this for health reasons. I read it is good for your digestive system and your gall bladder. My only complaint is it does have more stems in it than I would prefer. So I crush it and remove the parts that are poking.

This Mexican oregano arrived when expected & packaged as shown. It has a good flavor & quality.

Product was fresh and pkg was easy to open.

The scent and taste of this herb is excellent and potent. It is a very tasty addition to my Mexican dishes.
