Swing that club
It is a magnet with a rod coming out of it. It magnetically sticks to your clubface. It provides you with a visual identification of what direction your ball should be traveling in depending on the angle of impact. If you had a decently strong magnet that would fit into any sort of small diameter tube you could make one of these yourself though I doubt youโd save much money unless the magnet and tube were something you had laying around the house.Basically it is a good way to see and understand loft. What this isnโt is something you can stick onto your club and then swing your club around at swing speed to watch where your clubface is pointing at any given moment in your swing path โ though you can get that feedback by using this while performing your swing in slow motion.

Well worth it
My friend tried one of these and recommended it. I immediately discovered that my iron setup actually pointed the club face left of target. My typical miss with my irons is, you guessed it, left of target. Shot 76 in both rounds since I discovered this with only one iron shot left of target. Hope springs eternal!

Great Tool For Swing Correction
Bought this off recommendation from golf pro to help correct a swing issue. Really helped by providing a good visual on where club face is pointing during all phases of swing.

Clarify the Misconceptions
This tool makes it extremely clear where the clubface is pointing. This is especially useful when examining a sidehill lie. It is often difficult to believe, for example, just how far left the face points on a sidehill (above your feet) lie. Wonder why the ball goes even farther left that you figured? This will help you learn to estimate the effect of the face direction. Of course instructors find this useful, but I bought it as a player for my own education.

One of the biggest struggles of my golf game was making sure that my irons were correctly faced the right way. Using this immediately helped to correct my shot and after using it for a while I was more easily able to identify if the club was off-target even without it on. I keep it in my bag in case I need a quick reminder. I didn't find the issues with sturdiness or warped plastic that others did. I thought it was well made for what it was to be used for.

Not stuck on you, definitely doesn't stick on the club.
Not worth the purchase. I'm currently taking lessons and my PGA pro uses one of these during my sessions and suggested I get one for home. Clearly, this is not as high quality as the one my pro uses. Upon first glance, it was just like the one I used in practice. I attached it to the face of a 60 degree wedge and began to swing....here's the problem. Any swing with a speed greater than the slowest possible movement a human can make resulted in the tool flying off the club face. Attaching it to a club with less loft, like an 8 iron and it fell off at even slower speeds. This item is not worth the purchase price, I would recommend spending the money for one that has a better magnet. I'm returning this as a result of its inability to stay on the club face.
