8-Gallon Curved Corner Glass Saltwater Aquarium Rimless Low Iron Glass Aquarium Marine Fish Tank Reef Tank with Lid, Protein Skimmer, LED Light and Pump

The media could not be loaded.  The size , one 2 gallon bottle water changes vs. heavy 5 gallon bottles. Had large tank for 25 yrs got tired of maintaining . Sold it and took a 2yr break .While missing the hobby I saw this.Couldnt believe the price . I love the curved glass corners glass with the acrylic look. The pump puts out just the right current no need for bigger. The light seems to be fine corals are growing , Small enough to put where you sit the most,Did add a small bag of carbon in the filter chamber. I have had more enjoyment from my little nano tank than my big tank I think can say, and it didn't break the bank .It's been almost a year and a half and Im enjoying my tank more than ever, thought I would send some updated pictures from my 8 gal tank . Still running on same pump and light pleasantly surprised bought the exact ones from their shop for back up just in case , I think they are match well I love watching the corals🪸 move with the current and most of all love to watch them grow. I added a video to show the current I'm no expert but I don't see a problem

Where do I even start? Bottom line - don’t buy this!I’m kicking myself for not returning it immediately. It was so cute so I figured I would just make it work. I ended up changing out literally every accessory it came with and still it didn’t work out for me. Btw I’m not new to saltwater tanks; I just wanted a small additional one for my home office.First - it doesn’t hold 8 gallons of water.The black divider is some kind of flexible plastic, so while setting up the nozzle for return pump, mine cracked. It was a small crack so I left it alone, thinking it’s no big deal because it would just leak into the return chamber. However because the plastic is flexible, you can’t scrape it clean because it will just crack more.Also, the hole in the divider for the return pump wasn’t even the right size. It’s too big for the hose and they don’t include a bulkhead so it doesn’t stay in place properly. For saltwater tanks, I think they cut the overflow incorrectly too; it needs only the top ones. The bottom grate messes up the directional flow, which I assume is meant for the skimmer (which doesn’t work).Return pump isn’t strong enough to create good circulation or flow. Over time that translates to dirty water because it won’t move through the filter media well enough.The skimmer is a joke. The bubbles are too big, it doesn’t remove anything from the water. Good luck tuning it. Oh, and it’s loud.They include two densities of filter material sponges. They don’t work well and over time obviously would need replacement. Cutting your own isn’t hard but it’s super awkward to get into the chamber, and when you do — all the nasty stuff comes right out of the sponges right back into the water.The light doesn’t have a white mode. Just blue and purple.I didn’t trust the heater based on other reviewers saying theirs put electrical current into the water, so I didn’t even try it.Thermometer was inaccurate compared to another one we have.The worst thing is how the tank is constructed. It looks nice when you unbox it. But the seals are done poorly. At the bottom, the foundation isn’t under the curved glass, it’s inside it—which means you have to rely on only silicone to hold the weight of the water (it won’t). It will leak.Save your money and don’t buy this “kit” — it’s garbage. Get a name brand small tank and fit it with your own components. I tried to take a shortcut and make this work and it was a total failure.

The media could not be loaded.  2/17/2023 FINAL UPDATE:This AIO design is flawed concerning reef keeping. The intake and baffle design prohibit adequate flow required to pull suspended gunk into the filtration. It is difficult or maybe impossible to find an adequate pump fir reef keeping turnover rates. The chamber is too small for even the smallest 200+/hr pump I could find.This tank will make a great fresh water nano. I don't believe I'd even try a marine fish only nano with it due to flow and filtration .When I first received this kit a few weeks back I have to admit, I wasn't impressed.The kit comes packed inside a pressed board box that is held together with screws and corner brackets. This box is held with foam corners inside of the cardboard box.A screw got between the board and glass top and shattered the top.I sent emails to Gankpike but never received an answer. But as seen in my video, I have installed a mesh cover to keep my fish from jumping.As other reviews state the return pump and heater which are included are junk. I've replaced both with more reliable equipment. But even with a better pump, if you plan on corals, you'll need a small "wavemaker" or flow pump.I plan on a mixed reef pico so I admittedly didn't even give the included light a chance and instead purchased a light from a trusted manufacturer.The Skimmer....There's a lot of bad reviews, I wouldn't believe them.I've been reef keeping for 17 years. This little skimmer is tricky to tune but if you understand their use a fine tune that produces a dry skimmate is possible as seen in the video.Further update...I wanted to show the skimmate from the included skimmer. This is the result from 2 days of pulling "dry" foam produced through a fine tune. I'm so glad I didn't waste money buying a "better" skimmer. Honestly, if I could replace everything in this kit I would keep the skimmer and trade everything else.

水槽と諸々コミだと思えば安いかな使えるもの　水槽・LED・フタ・ろ材他の用途で使えるもの　ポンプ（人工海水撹拌用）・ヒーター（人工海水水温調節用）使えない物　スキマー　水槽は使えます。濾過層の仕切りの幅が左右で違ってたりしますが、ギリ使えますLEDはまぁまぁ明るいです。魚・ソフトコーラルのみなら使えそうです。ふたはまぁ被せる為だけなので使えます。　ろ材もまぁ使っていいでしょう（自分は未使用）ポンプはカミハタのRio800に変えました。ヒーターは手持ちが無かったので使用しています。ただ、設定温度より高温になるので最低温度に設定して使用しています。（２６度周辺を維持）LEDは使えますがタイマー機能は詳細な説明が無い為、手動でON　OFFしています照度は問題ないと思います。スキマーは微妙です。一応何かしら取れてはいますが（少し黄ばむ程度）立ち上げ初日からカップが満タンになってしまっているので、ほぼ信用できませんｗマメスキマー・自作スキマー等に変更が良いでしょう。使えない物が含まれているとはいえ、その辺の物を交換してもシェル2の半分くらいの金額でそれなりの装備になると考えれば購入も有りです。ただ、海水初めての人は・・・　必ずポンプは交換して下さい。全く水流が有りませんこれは海水では有りえません。ポンプだけ換えれば一応何とかなるとは思います。色々悪い点を挙げていますが自分は気に入ってます（上記理由で人にはオススメしませんが・・・）

レビュー通り。水槽本体を見たら、おーいいじゃん！って思い、水温計やヒータまで入ってて良かったが、組み立ててみて、水を入れると、水流弱いし、スキマーが全く使えない！全く泡もでない。なんだこのスキマー！HAQOS？水流はエーハイムに変え、スキマーはマメスキにつけ替えました！大事な水流、スキマーが使えない商品なら、高い買い物です！これは水槽本体だけの価格としてみたほうが良い。オススメできない！粗悪品！返品したいくらい追記、仕切り版が外れました。仕方なく水中ボンドでつけました。買わないほうがホント良い！日本の方のレビューを参考にしつ買わなければ良かった！！

ガラスは接合処理が雑で長時間の使用には耐えられない。水槽の容量に水中ポンプが合っておらず、粗悪品。能力が低く騒音、振動が大きい。プロティンスキマーがセットに入っているが、プロティンスキマーのような形をしているだけで単なる粗悪ポンプに過ぎず、プロティンスキマーの機能は無い。
