Good basic set-up to get going. There is a range of equipment for all levels.

So I am a gym regular. COVID shut down the gym so I bought these bands. They do work. It’s not going to be amazing, or a good substitute for the gym, but it is a substitute. You can do a few workouts to a level that they feel effective. Others can be awkward to do properly and still don’t feel quite right (squats is one of these). To address the potential of a user error allegation, we (my wife and I) have now been using them for three weeks or so we are coming to a point where we have worked with them for several hours now. Still certainly some user error but generally we have a good feel of them by now. No serious complaints. The weighting on the bands is not consistent across tension levels. I suppose that’s to be expected. Say you use a 50 pound resistance band for curls. You have one band with a hand grip on each end. You stand on the middle section of the band, and do curls. However, I’ve found that unless you are fairly near to the middle, and your stance is equally wide on both sides, you will end up having the resistance on one side greater than the other. This is magnified when you want to combine bands and need to get all of them centered and stand on them equidistant from the handles to equate the resistance. There are other examples of that type of thing but you get the idea. They can be picky and it’s not going to give you a gym level workout. However, it will get you closer than most other things on the market for this price point. I believe it meets expectations, and therefore gets an average rating. The price is appropriate for what you get. Comes with stuff you don’t need like a headband and a towel. Feel free to recycle those.

Quality seems good. Lots of different resistance bands and tubes. Great for rehab and stretching. Light on weight but good for a quick workout. Nice and portable.

Overal it's a good kits and offers lots of options to exercise with. I would recommend this.
