Great for recovery days!
Perfect for recovery days. I like doing full body workouts every other day, so whenever I do a session a bit harder than normal, this helps with my recovery. I think it tastes nice too, definitely something I enjoy sipping on on hot summer days like we've been having. Would recommend!

Tastes horrible
This stuff tastes like poop 💩. I would not recommend it. I tried mixing it with crystal light to see if that would help but it’s still too gross to drink. It also does not dissolve well.

Terrible taste, waste of money
This supposed to taste like pineapple and coconut, but it tastes like very sweet artificial lemonade. Its terrible, i don't recommend it. I cant return it so its going to the garbage.

Tal vez sea en parte mi culpa por no haber leído los ingredientes con cuidado, y sólo la publicidad que dice que no contiene azúcar ni carbohidratos, ya que esto es completamente FALSO. La maltodextrina es un carbohidrato de ALTO INDICE GLUCÉMICO. Incluso si su cantidad de azúcar no fuese mucha, te sube el azúcar en sangre rápidamente y básicamente no aporta absolutamente nada en nutrición. No puedo devolverlo pero se va directo al bote de basura.
