The workbook was very helpful for gathering the important information from the book, but I found many times that the page numbers that the workbook said to find the answers on was inaccurate which was frustrating.

i thought this would be a question AND ANSWER book to back up what the textbook is meant to teach. this "workbook" MIGHT be useful if you were completing it after classes or chapters AND TURNING IT IN FOR REVIEW by the instructor. i cant return this book as defective or EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE for what it turned out to be so ill have to keep it. i can recommend the textbook for the course but NOT for this "workbook". to top it off i have to mention the rediculous cost of this book. this might be used for ff members at the academy working daily with this material, but for those of us in a community college type setting for the volunteer organizations this isnt a book for you. be safe my friends

There is no answer key! Useless on multiple choice questions if you do not know the answers. Waste of Money!
