Fresh GourmetDried & Sweet Cranberries | 4 Ounce, Pack of 9 | Crunchy Snack and Salad Topper

>.. I originally found these at a local grocery store. What interested me was that they were relatively low-carb: 6g per Tablespoon (7g). 7 grams seems quite small, but the weight is of primarily dried cranberries, and it isn't uncommon to find 30 or so pieces, if you care to separate them to individual cranberries. When separated they look like grape skins left out in the sun, all day; shriveled, twisted, thin enough to see the sun through, but full of flavor. I use these as a snack with low-sodium almonds to make a sort of 'trail mix'. 1 oz of almonds and 1 Tbl of cranberries, eaten one at a time can be very filling, and definitely tasty. Not an every day snack, but then dried and resealed in their bag, these cranberries will last some time. I am very pleased to find a source, because when I went back, all the store offered was cranberries mixed with sweeter fruit like cherries, too high carb for me.

I found them in my local grocery store. Problem is they seem to be loved by many and shelves are many times empty. I found them on line and will always have a backup! Delivery was within 24 hrs!

I have ordered this 9-pack for several years. The last 2 times I ordered it, I received only one 4-oz. package and was charged $26!! What is going on??

Not sure why but these seem to have lower calories than other dried cranberries. I use them in salads, add them to chicken sandwiches, yogurts and smoothies, and of course, just a great snack on their own. I actually bought them here because my local store that had been carrying them somehow replaced their entire stock with the blueberry/cranberry mix and I feared Fresh Gourmet had discontinued this cranberry only product. Not a week later it was restocked (turned out to be an order mistake) so I can now buy them locally again, but I'm happy to share how great they are here on Amazon for others to know.

The second order received were excellent!! We use them in all our salads as an added ingredient. They really enhance the salad!!! The grocery store we shop at stopped carrying this and because of the low sugar content we had to find another source and fortunately Amazon was this source!!! Amazon is an excellent source for difficult products not available from other sources and they are very price competitive. Roger Winn

I only buy these because they have the lowest sugar content than any on the market and there is no difference in the flavor. They aren't cheap but the bulk purchase did lower the price. I use them for all my baking and candy making. These are a great addition to the pantry.

I really enjoy these dried cranberries in my breakfast cereal. I use them in hot or cold cereal and they add to my enjoyment and they are good for me (in moderation).
