REMOTE SAUS IT IS INCLUDED BUT ITS MOT AND THE FAMS SHAKE WORSE THAN AN EARTHQUAKE!
This is the second set of fans I have purchased! The first set weren’t outdoor fans so we sent them back and got these! There is NO REMOTE in either box and when ordering it stated each fan came with its own remote!!!! Neither fan came with a remote! There is no way of getting a hold of them! Hence, I will send them back!!!! I paid extra to get the remotes! The fans shake like crazy! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY THESE FAMS!!!!!

operates very well, but opaque cover dims the light
Love the fan, remote, every thing about it, but the light cover. It doesn't allow the light to brighten the rooms (I bought 5 for my office) I tried finding replacement light covers. No luck. Called the company, they were no help. Big box stores nothing. on line stores, nada. So if anyone has a solution/replacement lens please let me know. Right now the light is uncovered. Seriously, the fan and everything about it is great. Just don't expect a lot of light.

Nice fan and light. Looks good on our back porch. Be prepared for A LOT of assembly. If you haven't done this before I suggest you hire a professional. We weren't able to install the remote control because our electrical wiring is run from a heavy wood beam and there was no room (sad, but oh well). Overall it is good quality and works well.

Amazing fan
It's beautiful, great quality, remote is very complicated believe it or not and I didn't even look at the instructions after someone else installed it, I threw them away!

Didn't come with remote control
The product was nice looking, but it looks smaller than it should be. I measured and it was far shorter than 52". The fan I received didn't come with a remote control so it looks like I paid for the remote control fan that should be 52" and got the one that's smaller and no remote.
