GoRuck wanted $120 for a 30 pound weight plate. I ordered a 25 and 30 pound plate from Amazon. The dimensions are compatible with the GoRuck and it fits perfectly. In the end, it is just a hunk of iron. The finish is adequate. I would highly recommend this product.

Not much to say, adds weight to my backpack for training. Good value compared to name brand plates.

I needed one of the longer plates for my GoRuck bag and this fit perfectly. No sharp edges or burrs. Saved a good deal of $$.

While you fill your pack with rocks or depleted uranium or jugs of water, which may be cheaper, cast iron plates have the advantage of being easy to load and store. These plates: good finish, doesn't catch on things when loading a pack. Close enough to specified weight for the intended purpose. The 30LB plate won't fit in the bladder of most smaller (20L or so) packs; the 20LB plate fits fine. No need to buy a "rucking pack" as long as the pack you have is rated for the weight you want to carry.The manufactured cost of cast iron plate is around 0.70 dollars/pound, before packaging and shipping, so it is hard to imagine why "brand name" plates cost twice as much as these do.

Estaba en busca de pesas para ejercitarme, pero tengo poco espacio donde colocarlas, así que buscaba que de preferencia no fueran mancuernas y anteriormente ya había usado barra con discos, pero quería intentar algo diferente.Me gustó bastante el tamaño y son cómodas para tomar con la mano porque tienen el asa con suficiente espacio para tomarlas con la mano.Buen producto de buena calidad.

Me parece genial que venga de manera rectangular, los utilizo en una mochila de lona, el peso en disco se movía, en la forma en que está diseñado permite que se mantenga firme y sin tanto movimiento al caminar, en los siguientes años actualizo, dado el material del cual esta hecho y veremos su degradación o si se llega a fracturar o partir, de ahí es excelente, un solo pro, los cintos para unir las placas son un poco delicados y sus hebillas son muy endebles, pero todo excelente 👌

Before buying this I used to stack up packs with kettlebell/plates but always felt uncomfortable.This feels challenging, but also comfortable. Because of the handles it can be used for various exercises outside of rucking packs, too- feels a lot more comfortable doing "halos" that a kettlebell.Would recommend.
