An Epson TM-88 imitation
It is just an imitation of the great Epson thermal printer TM-88. If you are looking for a cheap version and not too much of printing, then, that may be the right for you.

Pleasantly surprised
I ordered this printer with very low expectations, given its price point and generic brand I'd never heard of. Surprisingly, it seems to perform well so far. The build quality is solid and seems to support full ESC/POS command set. Time will tell of its longevity, but initial impressions are good.

Great printer and what a surprise
This printer attracts me first because it has all the necessary connections usb,network,serial ports at this price. what surprised me is after I set it up, it works perfectly with my POS system, Lower cost and prints faster. So far so good

Buyer beware
We bought this printer for our eating establishment. They plugged in fine and worked. However, when it sits idle for a while, it prints many feet of “=In=In=In...”Tech support is impossible to find on web or Amazon. If you are an end user, spend the extra money and get industry standard Epson for the same application. Shame on Amazon for suggesting this printer when I did search specifically for the Epson.

bad quality
it's working but not working well, always missing print order, it should print kitchen on time but always missing and no response when need print kitchen receipt

No Plug n Play
3rd party seller, IP address does not work, comes with ancient mini CD for drivers, also unable to install..instructions in chinese. Print quality is great, just a rip off of an Epson printer. Spend the money and get a real one
