The machine is great for polishing and cleaning carpet with dry shampoo. There was a part missing when it arrived. Worldgoodscorp made it right when fast shipping of a new machine and free shipping with easy pickup at my home of the machine being returns.

i absolutely find no problem with this buffing machine, it’s light weight that is perfect for me with my physical disabilities. It scrubbers like it should, polishes wood floors, tile floors. What the negative remarks I have read are not true. I am very pleased and glade it bought it.

This thing is a toy. Not remotely heavy enough to "scrub" anything. The idea is great. physics dont bend. paper weight. The vendor did deliver it very quickly and the product was as described.

Don't believe what you're reading about it being OK on concrete. It's not. It's just not that powerful. It's more of a buffer than anything else. The surface of the concrete causes it to shake a lot losing contact with the concrete as it's cleaning. Also, pay attention to a couple of the words in the description: "light" cleaning and "mini" buffer. I must have read right past those.

A bit hard to manuever, but improves as you get used to it.

There's no way to put any downward pressure on this unit, and it spins so fast that it just flings the cleaning product everywhere. We returned ours and will be buying something else. You get what you pay for.
