Cleartone 9419 Nickel Wound Electric Guitar Strings 9-46 (2-Pack) (9-46)

I like the sound of the strings. They are good and bright but not in an offensive way. "Cleartone" is definitely the right name to be on them. I started playing guitar in 1962, so I have some comparisons to make. These 9410 Cleartone strings maintain their clarity and stay in tune longer than any string I've ever played. And they do it without adding any stiffness to the string like another brand I know that is now in second place. Keep up the great work Cleartone. Don't deviate from the current formula of manufacturing because you have it right (If it ain't broke, don't fix it is the motto). Stick with what you have because it's great.

Been using these for years with great success. I recently tried the Elixers, which I use on my acoustics, but not the same quality and brightness as the Cleartones for the electric. The 10s have a bit more meat than the 9s but still easy to bend, with more chime.

They have long life, great tone, and a really good feel. They have been the only strings I've use for the past 10 years. Well worth the money.

I've played guitar for over 50 years. These strings are the best; it's just that simple!

I've been using cleartones on several guitars since 2006. I've never had one break, I've always loved the tone. Every now and then I'll use another brand and regret it, then switch back. But- they are strings, you like what you like. HOWEVER, this is the first time to order the 2-pack. I guess I assumed there would be two cyro-packs included. I was not aware that they coiled up two sets of strings into the same cryo-pack. This seems silly to me and forces you to either keep one set in an open pack, or change two guitars at the same time. Probably not a problem for some people, but it's an annoyance for me. Lesson learned, I'll order individual sets in the future.

Pricy, but the investment is well worth it.
