Good quality product delivered on time perfect condition after the six months it’s holding up fairly well ..what I mean by fairly well is nothing wrong with it ,we put it on couple times a week if We remember we Have got it. Loved it pand tresentation of box was lovely it's well packed and protected and to find the incense sticks and cones and the tweezers inside aswell which I didn't know about top marks from me 👍🙂

Ok, I think it looks like a lovely ornamental piece & the main thing I was looking for was a proper holder for my incense sticks. I bought a nice tray and succulents and decorative white sand and wanted to create a lovely mini indoor zen garden. I thought the back flow thing looked really cool but only in pictures! It fills the house with a disgusting smell like others have mentioned. After reading reviews prior to ordering people mentioned it was hard to clean. I cleaned it after using a cone on it and it came off just fine, but I don’t know what it’s like if you don’t clean it between uses. The incense ash from the sticks just blow off, they don’t leave any residue, it’s just the back flow cones that are a problem.

It's really pretty but the backflow cones turn the holder yellow where the smoke has touched it, leaves a brown residue where the cone sits (using the cones that came with it, I've not tried a different cone yet) The lotus flower holder is also really pretty and isn't attached so can be used separately for sticks.

Can’t express enough how surprised I was to open it. The picture doesn’t do it justice at all. Heavy (liked you expect for porcelaine I guess), well packaged and beautiful. Came next day, no problems.
