I've been using this bug vacuum for a number of years and am about to order another one. They're also fun to give as gifts.The power of the suction depends entirely on how lively your 9 V batter is. As the battery runs down, so does the suction power, but it still works great for bees, flies, wasps and spiders. The only drawback is vacuuming up really small insects, for they tend to get sucked into the "motor" through the small holes at the bottom of the tube. Still and all, I do recommend this insect vacuum ... it's humane, not offensively noisy, has a comfy grip, an easily changed battery and, despite what the negative reviews say, it works.

This is a waste of money! The suction is okay but not only did I have to replace the batteries every 2 weeks but the bloody thing suddenly stopped working after only having it for a few months!There’s another one that I bought from Amazon that is just like this one but has a charger and lasted about 3 years! Hopefully I can figure out which one that was and I’ll just repurchase that one! The only reason that I purchased this one is because I thought it was that same original one I bought but obviously it’s far from it!Don’t bother with this purchase! It will cost you an arm and a leg to keep replacing the battery and it will suddenly stop working after a short period of time! Total garbage!

Easy to use, but not very powerful...🤷

I tried two different brand new batteries in this "vacuum" and it generated almost no suction at all and the suction tube cracked the first time I attached it. I requested a return authorization and it turned out that it had to be returned to a seller in Europe--which would cost as much as the initial item price.

It did not work. The light works great but it has no vacuum power.

Could have better suction power.

The suctioning is very weak and the parts are loose and doesn’t worth the price.

This thing is absolute garbage. Do not waste your money.

You feel as if the suction power is not enough but I have had some pretty big (1-2 inches in length) sucked in. I think though a bit more suction power would be better.

Un verdadero fiasco. Y no es que el aparato estuviera defectuoso, su motor funcionaba a elevadas revoluciones con una pila nueva, pero es que no da más de sí. Un absoluto fallo de diseño.Uno se pregunta cómo un producto tan incapaz de cumplir su función puede llegar a ser puesto a la venta, al precio que sea. Es difícil no pensar que su fabricante debe necesariamente conocer su inutilidad y que su única intención al hacerlo llegar al consumidor es estafarle su importe. Por supuesto, será devuelto.
