the quality of the product is okay compared to price and not exactly value for money. the hand grip is too hard and you need to put something for easy use otherwise give your palm pain.

Damaged product
It's a second hand product never taught amazon is selling this type of product, it's so dusty, repainted and button is not working it got stuck. Functional issue , quality issue. Height adjustment button stuck It broke the trust what I had with Amazon today. Don't understand how can amazon sell these type of damaged and seconds products

Researched various products online and also saw some in a few medical stores before finalizing this for my dad (81 years, heavy set at 120 kgs, 5'11) with some scepticism. Delighted to see the product - solid build, easy to adjust, grips well, great elbow support, stem tilted at a convenient angle for aged users, dad loved it.
