Black Quad 4 Disc CD Jewel Case - Premium, 10 Pack

I don't know who designed the rigid plastic "jewel boxes." Likely some government committee. They're a nightmare to ship, especially the multi-disk boxes. Even if bubble-wrapped, they all too often break in transit. Either the rigid and brittle covers crack, but the little tongues that hold the CDs frequently snap. There's nothing to compare with opening a package and having a broken jewel box draw blood.Another delightful design "feature" of jewel boxes is the difficulty removing the cover art and putting it in the replacement box. That's a skill you just have to master with practice. (I still wear nitrile gloves when replacing a broken jewel box, even after performing this chore maybe 50 times.) This is not bad design by the maker of these boxes; it's the bad engineering of the boxes themselves. These boxes are not to blame.These are great replacements for broken two-, three- and four-disk sets. They seem at least as "sturdy" as the originals. And the price is gentle. Recommended.

These cases were double boxed and none of mine were broken during shipment. I had previously ordered a set of 5 that were only bubble wrapped in an envelope and 3 of the 5 were broken when I received them. I am happy with this purchase as I have changed out 1 of my cases already. Just with most jewel case replacements they are more fragile than the original cases. But carefully removing the covers at the hinges and inserting the artwork and disc is no different from switching out a regular jewel case.

I was really looking for 3 disk storage but found it cheaper to get this 4 disk cd case. They arrived ahead of est. deliveryin perfect condition. Came boxed as 10 pack. Trays front and back can be removed to insert page/info. Will not acceptbooklet. Made well, recommended.

These Quad 4 Disc Jewel cases are perfect for storing the CDs I burn from Box Sets as these usually come in sets of 4 CDs. The quality is very good in comparison to the price of the cases. The shipping of these cases has greatly improved over the last few years as I now received these cases with no damage to any of the cases while I used to received several of these damaged or totally broken when I first ordered them just a few years ago.

Only one arrived broken. The rest were excellent. I needed several four disc jewel cases. This met my need. The only problem is transferring the covers from the original case. I had to get inventive with my printer and put all the covers in the front panel and the back panel.

I put together a cd I made from a cassette from 30 years ago and converted vhs to dvd and made it a 4 pack combo as a gift for my friends kids and they absolutely loved it. The boxes came apart to put in the jewel case inserts and it looked great!

I like the fact that they were a few dollars cheaper than another brand and that none were broken. When I put my artwork in they didn't break. I'm very pleased. My event was this past weekend and I did not think to take a picture.The product similiar to this that I brought in the past broke easily.

My children had broken two CD cases for borrowed “Adventure in Odessey” CD’s belonging to their Aunt. These replacement cases are so close she will have a hard time telling which are original and which are replacement cases. Exactly what I needed.
