Cepham Life Sciences 10X Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) is 0.22 micron filter-sterilized and is generally used in biological research. Our solution contains: 1.37M NaCl, 100mM NaH2PO4, 27mM KCl, 18mM KH2PO4, and has a pH of 7.4. PBS is a balanced, isotonic salt solution used for a variety of cell culture applications, such as washing cells before dissociation, transporting cells or tissue, diluting cells for counting, and preparing numerous reagents. For research use only. Available in 500 mL and 1L, and 1 Gal sizes.
