Pretty tasty version of Fuet. Not as good as what I had in Spain but good enough to have over here. Pairs so well with Rioja wine

teste and security on this to human consumption
product arrive in time and the right tempeture, problem is almost raw and no way to heat. is so raw that I have concerns on this. aim a certified assurance quality control on USDA products and this is so raw and soft. I believe this needs to be inspected before leales to public sales and also be cure at least a lot mor. Looks like light rose when is suppose to be red because the cure process, also must to be dry and not soft, that's because the maker don't follow the real process on percentage o humidity and after release to the sales.

It taste absolutely fabulous. However, there are lots of chewy pieces that you can’t eat other than that I love it.

My wife is from Catalonia and she really likes this fuet. She says it isn't quite the same as what you would get in Spain but is close enough.
