This helped me stay alert and calm on long work days without the chitters and racing feeling. Felt natural not like energy pills or drinks.

I have experienced less anxiety and stress since taking this. I’m not sure about the other effects yet, because I’m taking other supplements that affect energy and concentration, but insofar as anxiety reduces my ability to concentrate, I guess you could say it was effective for that. I am still looking for information about whether it is safe or effective in animals, because if so I would like to give it to my dog, he actually has worse anxiety than me. But it seems to have helped me have less of a startle reaction to loud noises. Happy it’s organic, capsules easy to swallow, price fairly reasonable, quality control seems good.

I'm still waiting to see how these affect my anxiety, stress and blood sugar levels however I have noticed that I feel much more calm lately. The capsules are a little larger but not full on horse pill size and they can stick in your mouth if not swallowed immediately with liquid. Theyve also got a slightly off taste to them but all in all not horrible. It's a product worth checking out for sure.

I suffer with migraines and have been told to keep the sugar intake low, also try not to stress too much. Bit I do. I am excited to see how much these help with my issues.
