Good quality, worth the money
I am very happy with the quality of the cape I received. It is beautiful.I wasn't sure that the smaller one would be long enough, so I ordered the 5-9-year-old size. My daughter wears size 5/6 clothes(for height) and is 41-1/2" tall. This size cape goes all the way to the floor on her. That's okay because she'll grow into it. (We'll just save it for next year.) The velcro closure fastens securely and holds really well. I think this cape is worth the money.
