take care with the magnets
This is a game changer for my 73 year wife, it was painful to see clime into our f350 4x4 tow vehicle. Easy to follow instructions. the magnets are the strongest I've ever seen, don't let contact each other they are very hard to separate and break very easily.

Worth the money
Exactly what was described. Clear installation instructions. Works perfectly. However if you do need to contact seller, have patience, very hard to talk to someone but when I did get thru the issue was resolved.

I don’t like the end caps on them, they are loose. But other than that they are perfect!

Works great
Already had used them for a year and it’s great especially since I have a 7” ready lift and 37”s on my ride. Works great plus warranty issues no problems. Had a part replaced no issues. Called the manufacturer and you must register the product. But they got my issue fixed ASAP.

I installed the Aries 3048321 ActionTrac Powered Retractable Running Boards on my 2019 Ford F150 Raptor to make it easier for people to get in and out of my truck. They were not too difficult to install. The hardest part is running the wiring and placing the door magnets.I like the running boards, but after I installed them I found that the passenger side LED light that lights up the step when it extends, stays on all the time. It does not shut off when the step retracts like it's supposed to. So, I had to unplug the LED light.I reached out to Aries for help three separate times and I still haven't heard from them.If it wasn't for zero customer support, I would have given them 4-5 stars.

Bought these on May 7th 2020, so a little over a year later and the passenger side step will not go up and down like it’s supposed to. I have to leave them in the down position all the time now just to use them. Do NOT waste your 1500.00 for something that will only work for a year, unless you just have money to throw away
