My friends this is a magnificent Tablet holder.I’m a Professional, full time UBER Driver in Charlotte, North Carolina; I drive between 10 and 12 hours every day, seven days a week.I have two Ipads permanently installed in my Toyota Camry 2017: one Ipad for the UBER App and another Ipad for recreational use (YouTube, Movies, News, The History Channel, Biographies, Interviews and more).This Tablet holder goes into one of your cup holders, it expands firmly into it and from there three or four segments form the arm that ends at the back of your Ipad.The exact position and orientation of your Ipad are countless: you can rotate the whole System (repositioning the base from the cup holder) and you can adjust all the joints all the way up to the back of your Ipad.As for the sturdiness of the System, it does not shake at all in urban areas including High speed Highways; but it does shake a bit in off road travelings, which I expected to happen.Now: among all the Positive Reviews I read here, I saw one negative one, saying that the joints doesn’t hold the Ipad firmly. When I first installed in car I had the same problem: I tight the joints at the maximum and still they failed; then I went back to the diagrams and I realized it was my mistake: all the handles must be at the same side. Once I followed that design, everything functioned as perfectly as it should.I’m attaching three pictures of my System: while the System allows you to install your Ipad either vertically (portrait orientation) or horizontally (landscape orientation) I have it now in the latter position, since I watch Movies, News, Documentaries and the like.I use this Ipad holder for the Ipad at the right hand side; while the one at the left hand side goes into the CD slot.One suggestion to the designer, though: there are two “Fast release” handles, one at the bottom and one at the top. Both are extremely convenient and easy to use. Exceptional product. Well worth what I paid for it. Sturdy, tall, will made. I'm a Professional Long Haul Trucker so you can imagine how well things out here have to be constructed. I like that this stand is adaptable to my needs. I drive a 2012 Freightliner Columbia. This stays put in the drink cup holder. I got lots of potholes in my travels and it stays put. I use an 8" tablet for my Elogs, my Audible subscription and satellite radio.Can't say enough but get it

So I am trying to put my ipad in my truck as a way to have something when I am parked to watch and I wanted something where I didnt HAVE to remove it so something sturdy.I selected 4 items all different types and prices and this one was the most expensive.Pro's- Very sturdy once locked in.- Very good quality material used (less plastic and more metal than most).Con's- Not a fan of how the plate has the arms to hold it, could have used some spring mechanism to make it less a pain to put the table in and out.- The was the elbows with the ball connect is such a pain to deal with- Instructions are lacking- The price is really what gets me. At maybe $60, this would be a no brainer but nearly $100 and I am likely going to return for a lesser quality but much lesser expense of a product.

This is my 2nd attempt at finding an iPad holder for my vehicle. The first did not allow for adequate adjustment so that I could suspend the iPad in the most ideal position. This arm does! Yes, it cost $20 more than my first one, but well worth the extra money. The 'gripper mount' that fits into the cup holder will adjust to fit very small diameters and large diameters. At first, I thought this thing will never expand to fit my larger cup holder, but it did. Further, it fits snuggly and still allows for the arm to pivot into correct position - not common on other holders. This holder also comes with additional pivot arms so ou can lengthen the reach if needed! I would buy this again IF... The tabs that hold the iPad we're supposed to have rubber 'protective covers' included. NOT! The strong metal clips began scratching my iPad immediately upon setting up the tabs during installation - VERY DISAPPOINTING! I am hoping the seller will provide them, but I haven't contacted them yet. I would have give 5 STARS if the protective tabs had been included.

I have used this extensively over the past year in an off-road vehicle holding a Samsung tablet running mapping software. I can say without a doubt this is the best constructed mount I have used, and I tried several (5) others before deciding to spend the extra money on this one. This mount is the real deal, very well constructed. The fact that others complain that the mount does not have rubber feet to hold the tablet is a bonus in my view. The feet are actually made of METAL and not plastic like other mounts. Besides who doesn't have a case on their tablets anyways? If you want a high quality mount this is the one, do not hesitate to buy it. You will even be impressed with the box it comes in.

Great product and sturdy. I was surprised on how good it was I didn’t expect it to be excellent. For that I am grateful n was a great value.
