I am on a low cholesterol diet, this product works great for me not much flavor so you have to doctor up your salads ands spreads.

A perfect substitute for clean mayonnaise!
The media could not be loaded. I have searched far and wide for an eggless, soy free, sugar free mayonnaise substitute. For years I used JUST MAYO. I couldn’t find that product for over two years. I found NOT MAYO through Amazon and ordered. It was suitable, but then I couldn’t find that product for the last 6 months! So, I was truly happy to find the peayonnaise in my search. Although hesitant, I ordered 3 bottles of this product and have been very pleased with it. I am not disappointed. In fact, I like the taste better. The texture and consistency is very similar of real mayonnaise. A treasure of a find! I have even used this product as a base to different sauces for fish, salmon, and vegetables. I highly recommend this product!

Great. Tahini undertones.
This product taste just fine. I tasted tahini or a slight nutty flavor. A tiny squirt of lemon juice or zest makes it less apparent and is comparable to miracle whip.

not as creamy as i would like
i ordered this because of how quickly it would ship, but this is thinner than i would like it to be. the flavor isn't awful, but it doesn't give the dish the right texture

Tastes more like Miracle Whip than Mayo, but if you like Miracle Whip then this is your best bet. Both Mayo and Miracle Whip are "dressing" but there is a very big difference.
