I wish it had a little give or stretch

They fit true to size. I would not size up or down. Suitable for apple shape. Not too much room in the hip and thigh like so many shorts. I’m 5’7” with long legs, and I think they are a little long. Rolled to the highest setting I still consider them capris. I ordered the shorts version to get the true bermuda short length right at the knee.

I really wanted to like these pants. I've ordered them in two sizes for an upcoming cruise. I just cannot make them work. they really are cute but they're 100% cotton. Super lightweight and thin which would be good for summer but I'm afraid they're going to split at the seams. There is zero give so when you sit down. The seams are stretched and the fabric is tight when sitting which just makes them plain uncomfortable. I don't want to be uncomfortable and stressed so I just decided to return them.

The fit is great and they are very comfortable!

I bought these pants hoping I could use them as travel pants, and I still might, but the problem is they winkle so easily! I don't want to be ironing on vacation.Other than that I'm pretty pleased. They're not the most attractive in my opinion but that was also my opinion in looking at them in the photo. They're fine enough, I guess I'm not a fan of the cargo pants look though I love the pockets. I also like the fact that they're convertible (though again that utility is what takes away some of the attractiveness in my eyes).I've worn them in 100 degree heat with humidity and they were pretty light and airy. I mean, if you have to wear clothes in the heat (which public decency typically demands) they're not a bad choice.I'm going to line dry them the next time and see how the wrinkles shake out. Maybe I need some wrinkle guard spray. Putting them in the dryer before with wrinkles but when I'm traveling I usually hand wash and air dry.

Great pants for large butt and large thighs. Very comfortable. I order regular length capri and it is the right length for my short legs. These are nice and loose through the thighs - great for hot summer days or hot flashes! I have several different colors of these pants. They hold up well for years.

I love the idea of these pants. I can never decide between capris and shorts, and these pants make the question moot. The fact that these are cargo pants are an added bonus. I primarily use them for gardening, so the plethora of pockets is heaven-sent. So why the mediocre rating?This is actually the second pair of these pants I have purchased. The first pair was too large, so I went down a size when I ordered the second pair. That pair is too small. Sigh. In addition, there is something off about the pattern from which these are cut. They "convert" from one style to the other by rolling them up and fastening them in place with tabs and buttons. However, the pattern is too tapered in the leg. This results is the pants appearing to balloon out across the hips in a most unflattering way. Finally, the first pair (denim), was poorly constructed with it pulling apart at several if the seams before ever being worn.The bottom line is that I shall not be buying any more if these. If you decide to try them, I can only wish you luck.

The quality of the capi pants is good but loose around the hips. I was able to tighten the string around the waist, so I'll keep them but maybe order a size smaller than the chart indicates.
