Lasalle Bristol 27034145 Xtrm Universal Self Leveling, White

This is the product Lance recommends for their roofs. The Amazon seller I chose was RVParts Warehouse in Michigan. This is a fresh product with a 9/23 exp. date. It was VERY well-packaged. The seller was very responsive and got my order out to me on time.

Product was only two months out from expiration date. It was not as flowable as it should have been. More like caulk. I’ve used this product in the past and it was much better. Too close to expiration date.

I bought two tubes of Lasalle XTRM sealer to add protection to the roof of my 2019 Lance 1685 trailer. Lance uses tape to seal the roof and vents so I wanted to seal the edge of that tape. This stuff is supposed to be self leveling but it didn’t level out much if at all. I should have bought a paste that I could spread out evenly. This stuff is expensive and was recommended by Lance Customer Service but I don’t recommend it after using two tubes. Lance did use some type of self leveling stuff to seal one of my air vents but it could not have been XTRM.

Purchased and applied in 2015. Still good after 5 years. My Winnebago View has a Filon (fiberglass) roof, not rubber like many others and Nuflex 311 is the recommended type of self leveling sealant. But I heard that it did not adhere to silicone or “cured” 311 so I bought this product to try. I had about a 1/8 inch crack in the original sealant along the rear cap, almost 5 feet long. After cleaning it thoroughly, I applied the sealant liberally. I see it every time I’m on the roof, maybe two or three times a year and it is still in good condition.
