NOT WATERPROOF
This tent was a breeze to set up. Took no time at all. Also very simple to break down. But that's where the good ends... While camping, I awoke to the interior sides of the tent soaking wet from dew on the exterior that had soaked through. The next day, I ensured that I had properly assembled the tent. Same issue the next night. It's a shame, because the ease of setup and breakdown make this tent a prefect option for the weekend camper. This tent would get 5 stars if it was actually waterproof. In the process of returning mine.

Best tent close to being in a tornado 🌪
This tent is awesome!Went camping and a tornado came and we had to go to our tent because there was no where else to go.The wind was blowing like crazy, it was hailing, and lightning, and this tent stood its ground! It was a scary moment for us. Luckily for us, the tornado hit about a ¼ mile away. The only reason our belongings got wet is because our windows were open and I didn't get in there fast enough to zip them up.It rained all night and all day and we stayed dry and comfortable.I highly recommend this tent.If any improvements should be made, I think there should be a hole for extension cords on both sides of the tent.

larger than expected
I grew up camping. my kids grew up camping.I spent a lot of time camping without a tent because tents were super frustrating.Always a broken or missing pole. Always too small, or not waterproof enough. Now, with my grand baby getting older, we are looking at getting back out into the great outdoors more frequently. This tent is huge. We tried to set it up in my living room, since it is like 3 degrees outside and there is a ton of snow and ice out there. What I did find is that it is a spacious tent that will be easy t assemble. It's got the poles built in, and you just have to fold them out and fix them open.It comes with everything you need, but I would still suggest a ground tarp... Of course, I ALWAYS suggest a ground tarp. It gives an added bit of protection to the tent, and occupants. It does come with a welcome mat, for taking boots off before entering the tent, which is a nice perk. It also has a good rain wick, and a gear net to mount at the apex of the tent. This will easily fit 4 grown adults, and comfortably. You will definitely fit a queen size air mattress in it, along with your coolers or camp stove. What more could you want?

Not for rain!
This tent was very easy to put up and take down.. It looks good, is tall enough that I can sit up on my mattressmwithout my head touching the ceiling, and couldn't be better ventilated. The entire roof is mesh, and you've got a window on all 4 sides!Long whiney rant below. After reading several reviews of people complaining that their tents leaked, I bought a bottle of Nikwax, read the directions and used the whole bottle meticulously wetting down the tent, spraying the surface, and waiting a couple of minutes before wiping off the excess with a damp cloth. The tent still leaked in the rain in spite of the time, effort, and money I threw at it. The exception was the rain fly. I sprayed it, and forgot about it. About an hour later the Nikwax dried leaving milky white spots. I used a damp rag and made a half hearted attempt to wipe them away, but they were still visible. I think letting it soak in and dry longer worked, but that is a Nikwax review. The tent shouldn't have needed any waterproofing it was my first time using it. There wasn't a down pour. It was somewhere between a drizzle and rain for 10 hours. My mattress is wet from water soaking through the sides above it. There is a small puddle of water on the floor from the way the tent was angled on a slight slope. It wasn't just at the seems, water soaked through the tent fabric itself. Maybe the guy who waterproofed the tents at the factory was off that day. I bought this tent in December, so I doubt I'd be able to return it. I'll probably buy more water proofing, and put a couple more layers on this tent before giving up on it.

Great tent that stayed up in storms
So far so great! Completed my first week with it in the great Nebraska outdoors. It was easy to set up-maybe 5 minutes by myself. But, the stakes are a joke so stop at Walmart and get some of the yellow ones or the wind may take you for a ride.Speaking of which, a line of thunderstorms came through with 70 mph surface winds and heavy rain. It handled it just fine. The same storms flattened a bunch of my camping neighbors.I am a long-term camper and have had other tents like this. A Coleman like this leaked because of bad seams. The quality of this one oIs better.Nice job guys!Campnote...took on heavy rain and 80mph wind. Structure took it fine but the rain flap lifted enough to allow rain in and things got well. Cheap fix is an 8x10 tarp staked down with bungee cords. Not pretty but you’ll be dry. Maybe mfg will consider longer flap with velcro in between tie downs.

Nice tent but Damaged. Customer service responded with replacement of product.
UPDATE: 6/11/2020After my initial review and request from customer service to refund or replace the tent, I got an immediate response from the company. They were very nice and apologized for the inconvenience and damage to the tent and offered a replacement of the product. As mentioned before, I really like the tent and will be satisfied if the product was replaced with no damages or issues. Also, their customer service is great. I’m changing my review from a 1 Star to a 5 star as I should be getting a replacement for the tent in the mail soon.INITIAL REVIEW: 6/7/2020I received this tent on June 5, 2020. I opened it 2 days later to check it’s functionality and found a tear in the floor of the tent approximately 6 inches long. It looked like someone had taken a box cutter to it (see attached pictures). Not sure if I can use the tent and will be asking for a refund or replacement of the product. It’s disappointing as I really liked how easy and simple it was to set up and take down the tent and it fits really well in the carry bag.
