Q: Does this mattress make a crinkle sound when the baby moves?

I bought this for my English Lab ... he's on and off it all day and it does not make crinkle sounds AT ALL!

Q: the person didnt use it because the gifted her a regular size crib. How can i get a refund or exchange it
