Happy with purchase
I bought these for use in model trains. The LED body is not perfectly formed or even molded, it is like the LED itself was dipped in an epoxy resin. But, the resin can be trimmed a bit to shape it a bit. It gives a very good light and seems usable or a range of voltages.

So tiny. So bright.
Great tiny LEDs that are perfect for miniature scenes.

Limited use for small spaces
The lights work well and produce a bright warm clean light. They used a stiff wire that interfers with mounting in tight spaces. Like HO scale headlight housings. I was able to use them in number boards more easily and they will and do work well in hidden spaces. The 0603 light head is too big with the wires attached. They are also mounted in a small drop of resin which may make them waterproof and better suited for lighting drones. They various colors are well suited for signal heads. I won't be purchasing the white lights again due to room constraints but not do to any other issue. They seem to be good qualityIn

Perfect lighting that's nearly Invisible
I bought this for model lighting and what a pleasant surprise. They are almost microscopic but provide a lot of light for the size. Only requires about a 1mm hole. The positive lead has insulating varnish. There are separate sets of resistors included for a wide range of voltages (3V to 16V). They are a warm color temperature (estimate 2800K-3000K). I use a 12VDC bus for lighting.Solder the resistor for your voltage, drill a small hole, add a little PVA to hold in place and done. Thank you, seller.

excellent little leds.
way more than i needed or will ever have any use for again, but wired 7 of these onto an old 12v 500ma wall wart and they work great. not very bright, but then i did get the UV variant. said UV light is mostly in the high UV range, but works. dropped them inside of a resin mold, and now i have a glow in the dark castle with UV lights inside that charge the glowing very well.tried the various resistors with different voltages and they all seem to produce about the same level of brightness, while protecting the LED's, so they picked the right values, more or less.

Super easy to use. All you need is a power source.
Update 04/23/2020:Wanted to update this review as I'm buying the $30 multi pack now, so I added a few more pics to this to show how this looks on my RG Sazabi and my RG Nu Gundam. I've since learned I prefer using a 3V coin battery rather than an old iPhone cable. Since these SMDs are made for 3v I don't have to add a resistor to my circuit. In case anyone is wondering I didn't have to mod my RG Sazabi at all for the SMD to fit. All I did was used magnet wire (thinnest wire you can get) and since theres empty space within the cockpit in the head, all I had to do was secure the SMD in there. The photos I used are before I tried the magnet wire and 3v coin. I'm still learning and I'm getting better at this. The RG Nu Gundam I used a pin vise and drilled a small hole in the clear plastic piece used for the eyes and was easily able to put it in and run the magnet wire. On a 3v coin battery alone I was able to have the eye powered up non stop for about a full week until it started to lose luminance. Building a custom MG Sazabi now and playnning on light everything up with these.First Review:Finally got around to using these today after a few months sitting in my drawer. I build Gundam models and since most kits dont have the ability to put a normal LED in them I had to resort to this microscopic sized SMD. I'm quite surprised at how bright this thing is for it size. The kit was straightforward all you have to do is find something to power it. I used an old iphone cable using only the power and ground. I tested the voltage using a multimeter and it puts out 5V. They kit includes a bunch of resistors that vary in voltage and since I have a 5V power supply all I had to do was simply choose the resistor that was in the 5V range. I have no experience with electronics just did a little research. I don't know how to calculate what resistor I'd need if it wasn't clearly labled in this kit. However, seeing this work has sparked my curiosity and now I want to learn more for future Gunpla's i create. This is probably the easiest circuit to create. Having this presoldered and resistors clearly labeled with which one to use for your power supply made this even easier.Note: I'm clearly not done finishing up my current setup in the picture. I plan on running longer wires and electric taping or covering the exposed wires. This was just me taking a pic that it works.
