Awkward fit and not very comfortable

These shoes are smaller than expected. You should order one size larger than normal. I'm a UK size 9.5, but had to exchange the original pair for a UK 10.5, which were a much better fit, but still rubbed my ankle. Some other thoughts:+ Price is reasonable for what they are (I paid £24)+ Light and flexible- The first pair I ordered came with scuff marks around the toe of one shoe (second pair did not have this issue)- Its not obvious from the images , but the area around the ankle is very high and rubbed my ankle bone. Seems like poor design, so I'll be returning them for a refund

Shoes look good. Laces are good quality. Soles feel comfortable.The arches around the heels are higher than they look in the pictures - this isn't something you can take off with untying the laces, or just slip in without the laces tied already. The arches also feel larger than they should, floating on the sides and digging a bit in the ankle. Not necessarily uncomfortable or hurtful, but something to get used to. I guess my feet are too narrow for these.7 out of 10. Should have done more research, would have bought something else.
