Great for Kids or under 5'6"
This Chair is great for kids or people under the average height of 5'6". It is very comfy and the message is great. However when fully reclined, my feet hang off the foot rest causing them to go numb. Also, I need a pillow to support my neck because the back of the chair is not tall enough. The arm padding doesn't cover the entire arms when in the reclining position you can feel the frame of the chair. I would return the item but my son loves it and I have a bad back and would never be able to get it back in the box.

Husband loves it but I'd rather it be softer
My husband loves this chair. He's 6'3" and it's just right when he stretches out. I personally wish it was a bit more plushy/soft but he loves it. This man puts on the heat and vibrate and sleeps for hours.
