This stuff worked great. I bought the 32' strand and it was enough to do my Silverado and 2018 Honda Accord. All you need is a measuring tape, a pair of diagonal pliers, and a rubber hammer to install. Usual garage tools. First door took me a few minutes to figure out, but once I got it, it installed very quickly. Tight fit. We'll see how it lasts.

Love the thickness, love the ease of installation. I highly recommend tapping on with rubber mallet as you go for tight perfect fit. Had enough to do all four doors of my Jeep Cherokee and all four doors on my wife's Scion xB. Highly recommended to aid with door incidents.

This door guard worked well and added a custom look to my Rogue. Parked in a two car garage it gets tight when opening your door beside my Truck. I now have purchased a second set for my white Truck.Installation was straight forward if you remember just a few things.1. Tools: Rubber Hammer, Electrical Side Cutters, Needle Noise Pliers, Duct Tape and a small tube of Clear Calk.2. You must remove the first and last metal tab with needle noise pliers. This metal tab will rust in time its Not STAINLESS STEEL. I used a clear calk, Big Stretch to seal the ends. Hold them in place with the tape until calk sets up, 24 to 36 hours should do the trick.3. DO NOT use Pliers to squeeze the Door Guard as it will deform the looks of a smooth finish also you may scratch the cars clear coat. I found a Rubber Hammer works best to seat the Door Guard without having to apply to much pressure. Practice in a less noticeable area, the Guard can be removed but not recommended because it is now formed to the edge of your vehicle and may not fit tight with reapplication.Small pieces of Metal inside the rubber Guard is the key to holding the Door Protector on very Securely.Btog

easy, looks good and protects the edges....whats not to like....its think...goes around edge nice...grimps hard not coming off....no glue so can be removed....just not going to fall off on its own. Only thing is you do need..gap space open between the door ...if your door is thight...wont work. need a gap...for the rubber :)

Easy to use, I say start putting it on and use a blunt object to really get the trim as close in to the door as you can so it can have a snug fit( so the doors close) then you can use scissors or a utility knife to cut it. It looks metal but if you look there’s little scores where the metal is in sections so you can cut the trim. I did all four doors and the back and still had enough for another car. Looks natural and doesn’t bulge and stick out on the car. Doors close perfectly fine, puts up with the weather just fine

Unless you own a car lot measure before you buy. The box has a lot in it. Done 3 cars and still have more to spare. Two cars are black, blends well. One silver sticks out like a sore thumb.

This edge guard exceeds my expectations in every way possible. Looks great, performs even better, price is fantastic. I bought it for fender flares, to protect my truck's paint. This trim even contours over bumps and imperfections and does not move, it becomes part of anything is meant to protect.

No suitable for our tropical climate. Definitely not stainless steel clips as rust forms right away. Traps rains in the guard. Not good. Stay away.

I replaced all my old ones with adhesives, which are peeling off, with this product. Installation was straightforward and easy - with a pair of scissors and a rubber mallet. It covered all four doors of my mid-sized SUV and I still have enough left for another door.It was installed onto sharp turning edges nicely - something I could not do with adhesive ones. I am very glad that I found this! Will see how long it'd last, as well as if it's easy to clean them.

Easily installed on two vehicles (4doors). Easy to work with and the spring type metal inside the trim keeps it affixed to the doors. Was easy to cut with wire snips. Looks great, nice trim addition. Plenty of product to probably do two or more doors.

So far this is probably been one of the best products I bought from amazon. It comes with a hammer as well for the price perfect it looks great on the truck and knock on wood it will hold on tight. Five star as of right now

I used the edging to trim the rather sharp edges of my Tucktech folding kayak . Fits fine . Easy to install . looks good . I gave 4 stars for adhesion because it pops up in some places just a bit but then again I didn't use it in the way it was intended
