This is exactly what my vet prescribes for my dog with renal disease, but waaay cheaper. You get 2 bottles for the price of what it would cost for one at the vet office. I give my dog 5ml every day and haven't even come close to using one bottle yet. I will say to be mindful of the expiration date, if you don't use very often.

My vet recommended this product to get my dogs Phosphorus level down as she has Renal Failure :( I was skeptical as it was mint flavored. However I shake the bottle well and gently squirt the allotted amount in her mouth with no problem. There are other vet products that are powdered form to add to the food. However as anyone knows who has a dog with kidney disease they are picky eaters. This product is amazing. Been using it since February 2019 and will continue to use it as long as my sweet dog is with us !

We use this for our 15 yearold Jack Russell Terrier. She has kidney failure and can't have protein or phosphates. This is supposed to help with digestive problems. So far, its doing what it is supposed to do. This seller ships fast and packages well.

Description says Pack of 2 total 946 ml, but I only got 1 bottle 473 ml... Shipping envelope says "sold as set" and also says 946 ml but there was only 1 bottle instead of 2. I need the other bottle!

I am using this product to lower phosphorus on my geriatric dog with beginning kidney failure. Since starting this, her appetite and activity have improved. After another week, I will be repeating lab to see how much improvement there actually is. My only complaint is that it is not extremely palatable to the dog. She is, however, becoming more accustomed to it and is receiving it better.

Our senior dog has kidney failure and the vet advised using Aluminum Hydroxide as a phosphate binder. Although he is not keen on the mint flavor, it seems to do what it is supposed to.

I bought this because my dog was in acute kidney failure and my Vet had her on 15ml of Aluminum Hydroxide twice a day. The Vet was charging me $15.00 for 100ml for something called " Alternagel ". When I figured out this was the exact same stuff and I could buy it without a prescription I was able to save 90%. YES...90% The vet was charging me TEN times more for the same thing. They knew we didn't have much money and we're doing everything we could to save our dogs life ( she died anyway after a few weeks ) they really took advantage of us!!
