Unfortunately I will be sending this item back. The backpack in the picture is the one we wanted. The backpack we received did not have the hook on the back as shown in the picture nor did it have the side straps as shown in the picture. Instead of side straps it had mesh water bottle pockets on both sides. This is not the model we wanted.

I needed a new backpack. This one fit the bill. It is not exactly like my old one but this one holds just as much stuff and the same amount of room.

Nice quality backpack

Very great! When i bought this product i was hoping for more of a direct place to put my phone that i could reach it easily and this only had one on the top! It would be great to have a big puch for the phone on the straps instead! Overall this is a very high quality backpack with plenty of compartments!

Nice quality backpack. My daughter is a senior in high school and loves this backpack. It holds a ton of stuff and feels comfortable.
