Nice little headlight with some ambient lighting and a very bright spot that can thankfully be dimmed somewhat. There's 5 settings, but only two or them are useful to me; the dimmed spot and the ambient lights. It has a red, blinking function too, and can work as a bike light in a pinch. The strap is super-handy and can take quite a bit of abuse. The back has a waterproof seal, but it doesn't seem tight enough for underwater submersion exactly. All other uses would be fine.It works well in heavy rain, snow, sleet, and other conditions, but once it gets colder, as in 0°F or lower, the battery life drops significantly and unpredictably to perhaps 30-60 minutes instead of 3-4 hours. I initially bought it for use in Interior Alaska where results were mixed due to the cold, but I have now moved back to Northern Sweden, where such cold conditions are much more rare, and I experience no issues and great battery life. I guess this is to be expected from any Li-ion-operated device.NB: Use the original charging cable or make sure to apply super glue around the charging port before use, as it is prone to breaking. When removing my phone's charging cable from the headlight, the port broke clean off. I soldered it back on (upside-down straight onto the main PCB due to weird electrical leads used on the charging port's PCB) and now it works well again. I'd be happy to provide any assistance if anyone else encounters this issue.All in all, 5/5 headlight for the price. Unless you live in Interior Alaska or mindlessly break off the charging port, I guess.

Came just as advertised. I use it for night rowing and it has worked well so far. Seems to be a popular model with other rowers as well.

I bought it because it said it was waterproof. One dip in the pool? Nope. Dead. :(

I live on a ranch and have lots of headlamps and flashlights. Occasionally I need a big, super-bright spotlight to check for coyotes. Most of the time, though, I just need something small and handy to see what I'm working on. This headlamp provides more than enough light for that. I like that you can recharge is with just a common micro USB cord. It also has a tiny red flashing LED option that might be useful on a dog or to mark a location in the dark for a few hours, like where you left your backpack.

The best headlamp I've ever owned! The battery lasts longer than any other rechargeable headlamp does. The "wave" function is a handy bonus

The light is very bright and very light weight had for about 3 month know and no issue will buy again

Second usage it just felt apart with no strain. Was refunded.
