"It's very tight and cramped in here."
Volume 4 of D-Frag! contains chapters 22 to 28 (7 chapters) and a few extra chapters at the end that are worth reading. If you bought the previous 3 volumes, this 4th volume is pretty identical to make and size of the books by 7S.Other than that, the first 2 chapters focus on Kazama Kenji, the central protagonist, and Takao, captain of the Real Game Development Club dealing with the events that happened in the last volume and the two going out and buying a video game. The interactions between these two are some of my favorites in the entire series because seeing Takao fumble around Kenji is pretty enjoyable.Chapter 24 introduces Kazama Noe, Kenji's little sister, getting into complications with the temp Game Dev. Club (Temp). She and Mizukami Sakura of the Game Dev. Club (Temp) (Both Noe and Sakura are the cover girls this volume) end up going at odds with each other in another competition arc that spans the last half of the volume. Sakura teasing Noe and Noe in turn being embarrassed around Kenji because of the teasing is another thing I found to be very enjoyable to read this volume.Overall I enjoyed this volume, I actually enjoyed it a bit more that the previous 3. Buy this if you enjoyed the previous 3 volumes of D-Frag! by Tomoya Haruno.

If you watched the anime and enjoyed it you'll enjoy the manga as well
D-Frag is essentially a gag-comedy with the protagonist being the only guy in the game development club (temp) and the straight man to the girls eccentric personalities. If you watched the anime and enjoyed it you'll enjoy the manga as well, but Volume 4 won't cover any new ground. If you want to immediately jump into content the anime (and OVA) didn't cover start with volume 6.

Best volume so far
I fell in love with D-Frag via the anime, and the manga does not disappoint at all. The series somehow pulls of constant hilarity and absurdist humour, but never loses track of the characters and narrative (as it is... it kind of tricks you into thinking it has one, which is genius in and of itself). This volume contains the first real story that wasn't covered in the anime (it's in the OVA). The race for the sacred water at the temple is hilarious, as is the added backstory of Sean Connery-sensei and Takao's mother. Ludicrous. The rest of the volume includes everybody's favourite moment from the anime - Kenji and Takao's "date". It's all great.

Great series at the beginning but after volume 6 is ...
Great series at the beginning but after volume 6 is just lost me. Repetitive jokes, and cheesy humor only goes so far. Series should have ended at 5.

It's D-Frag!
It starts very good with the introduction of a few new characters and, specially, Kazama's little sister! And has very good extras at the end!
