Premier Yarns Home Cotton Yarn - Multi, Violet Splash

I have not used this kind of product before but wanted to try something different to crochet. I'm making washcloths, I have one done and am working on the second one.

I didn’t get a lot of yarn out of it. It was too expensive and not good value. The color is very pretty but it doesn’t last . I was trying to finish up a bag and I had to find more yarn to finish it just like the above picture shows

The picture and description are for 105 yards but I received 96 yard skeins.

I was looking for 100% cotton and this has 15% polyester. Yes, it's my fault for not reading the fine print under the product description. But I do feel they should call it "Cotton Blend" on the packaging as writing "Cotton" is misleading. My skin doesn't like the feeling of knitting with polyester, and for dishcloths pure cotton smells less. Not to mention that cotton is better for our environment as it's biodegradable.

Colour is as shown. Does hold the shape. Made three nine inch dish cloths from two skeins. Only gave them a three. Deceptive labeling. Says cotton and it is 15% polyester. Unfortunately due to the polyester it once a cloth sours there is no getting the odour out.
