I had a cheap lantern from years ago that stopped working, so decided to buy a branded replacement using more modern LEDs. The lantern is good quality and produces a much brighter light than those 10 years ago thanks to advances in technology. Can't comment on battery life, it's sat there until there is a power cut, but the long-life batteries I put in it will hold charge for years until needed...

Great product, very bright and very well made. After years of buying cheap lanterns I decided to spend an extra few quid on something a bit better and I'm glad I did. Brilliant light, I think I might get another one for the house

Bought this as an emergency light, so far have not had to depend on it. Minor problem with power meant I had to get the light ready to use: turned it on, and it worked well, nice and bright. Tried to switch it off and the knob that you turn to switch on and off came away in my hand. It snapped so I was unable to refit it. Rang Coleman to ask about spares and was told that as the light s made "somewhere in Asia" no spare parts are sent to the UK for these lamps.As is typical the guarantee had expired.A good product spoilt by no aftersales service.Service agent, though polite, not very helpful.Beware of fragile parts that are not replaceable.Will not be buying these lights again.

Never going camping again without this lantern. It's super bright and makes everything much easier.

This is an excellent small but bright lantern. Having been without power, sometimes for days, it has been so useful. It is light and easy to carry around. I liked it so much I bought one for my mother-in-law who is 99 and she can manage to turn it on and off easily despite her very arthritic hands.

I was expecting more from this to be honest. Got batteries in it, turned on in tent and was a bit of a let down.

Ik heb verschillende kleinere hiervan (200 lummen) en werken al jaren geweldig. Deze grote was na 2x gebruik al stuk . Dat is een telleurstelling.

super Qualität sehr hell

J’avais un doute sur la puissance de l’éclairage, mais c’est parfait. Pour donner un équivalent, elle éclaire au max. comme une ampoule à incandescence 60/75W.Au mini, elle diffuse une lumière douce (équivalent ~20/30W).La lumière est diffuse, assez puissante, sans être aveuglante.Parfaite pour éclairer une table de camping de 2 a 4 personnes le soir.Sa poignée en fait une véritable lanterne pour éclairer les petits trajets.Je lui ai de base associé 3 accus rechargeables LR20.Mais elle fonctionne également avec 3 piles LR20. Pratique en secours des accus.

Die Coleman 600L Laterne macht optisch und haptisch einen soliden Eindruck. Die zwei Leuchtmodi (75 Lumen und 600 Lumen) reichen völlig aus. Auf der Terrasse sind 75 Lumen beim gemütlichen Beisammensein völlig ausreichend, wohingegen es beim Angeln auch schon mal die 600 Lumen sein dürfen. Prinzipiell hätte ich mir eine schlagfeste und wasserresistentere Lampe wie die Coleman CPX 6 Rugged LED gewünscht. Da dieses Modell in Deutschland allerdings nicht so einfach zu erwerben ist, musste letztendlich die 600L her. Update folgt nach weiteren Angeleinsätzen.Update 14.10.2021:Nach knapp zwei Jahren und unterschiedlichsten Einsätzen, wie Nachtangelausflüge bei Wind und Wetter, Camping zu allen Jahreszeiten, Garten- und Terrassenpartys oder als Leuchte auf dem Dachboden, kann ich nur sagen, die 600L lebt noch, verrichtet ihre Dienste stets einwandfrei und benötigt wirklich sehr wenig Energie. Ein Satz Batterien hält in meinem Anwendungsfall ein gutes Jahr lang durch, wenn die Lampe überwiegend auf der niedrigen Stufe betrieben wird. Der einzige Zwischenfall war, dass der Drehschalter abgefallen ist. Hier war vermutlich zu wenig Klemmspannung oder Kleber ab Werk vorhanden. Ein kleiner Schuss Sekundenkleber hat jedoch bis dato ausgereicht, um das Problem zu beheben. Da ich der Lampe ursprünglich, was vor allem an Optik und Haptik lag, recht skeptisch gegenüber stand, was die Haltbarkeit betrifft, diese jedoch immer noch einwandfrei ihre Dienste verrichtet, steigt die Bewertung, trotz des beschriebenen Zwischenfalls, von 4 auf 5 Sterne.
