This is a great product. Was told by a pharmacist that the K2 is necessary for full absorption of the D3. After the first dose I felt the increase in energy. The capsules are small and easy to take. I’d definitely recommend.

My favorite vitamin supplement
This is my favorite vitamin D supplement. Not only is it the right amount of D3, but it has added K2 for better uptake. I have used this brand for many years and will continue to do so. My D3 levels are optimal according my labs I had drawn earlier this month.

Good supplement if you are working nights. Its winter as well we don’t get enough vitamin d3.
